job description

Our client is a global European asset management company headquartered in France. Its office in Kuala Lumpur is looking to fill a 6-months contract role as sales administration. The office is based at The Intermark, Kuala Lumpur, 10-minutes walk from Ampang Park LRT station.


  • To assist the Head of Sales in daily/monthly administrative matters e.g. sales reports, minutes of meetings/trainings.
  • To assist in monitoring sales campaigns with distributors in terms of effectiveness in bringing AUM.
  • To be the second point of contact for distributors apart from the Head of Sales.
  • To handle simple queries from distributors, eg: request for materials, fund fact sheets to be sent.
  • To assist in coordinating meetings/trainings for visitors from other offices.


  • Open to fresh graduate with diploma and above in any field of study
  • Proven working experience in administrative/sales support roles.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Able to organize, prioritize and work well under pressure.
  • Attention to details and able to work independently.
  • Able to start immediately
