Randstad has partnered with a client who is a global provider in the electronics industry that focuses on developing innovative solutions to help their customers. To support their daily operations, they are looking for a Key Account / Customer Service Officer who is passionate about stakeholder engagement and building customer relationships.
duties and responsibility:
The role involves managing the customer service section's overall operations, which includes acting as the company spokesperson, coordinating meetings, and addressing customer requests. The responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for customers, updating and committing to customer forecasts, providing production and delivery updates to customers, coordinating customer visits, delegating customer specifications to relevant personnel, facilitating customer and engineering sample requests, supporting the section manager's requests, contributing to the company's quality activities and possessing strong internal and external communication skills. This role requires the ability to monitor customer needs and manage meeting minutes.
skill/experience:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Passionate about Key Account Management
