You will be reporting to the National Sales Manager (Modern Trade). This role is an individual contributor role and will be managing the 99Speedmart account under the Modern Trade Channel.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth in key accounts, in line with company objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the customer organisation, including senior management, purchasing, and marketing teams
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Manage customer contracts and negotiations to ensure favourable terms for the company
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans
- Provide regular sales forecasts and analysis to support business planning and decision-making
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Experience handling 99Speedmart will be an added advantage
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in key accounts
