    In this role, you will be handling the International Key Accounts (IKA). This role reports to the Head of Sales

    Job Responsibilities:

    • You will be managing the operations of the International Key Accounts (Lotus, Giant, AEON, AEON Big)
    • You will need to conduct regular reviews and updates with customers to monitor performance
    • This role requires you to service and support customers to resolve daily trade problems relating to stock, prompting them on low stock levels, ensuring full range of stocks are available and well merchandised and replenished in a timely manner.
    • Negotiation of promotions, business reviews and trading terms of the assigned key accounts
    • To plan in store promotions and campaigns to increase sales and provide evaluation and sales analysis of each campaign for further improvement.
    Job Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of Key Account Management in the FMCG industry
    • Added advantage if the candidate comes with experience with dairy products
    • Minimum a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Management or its equivalent
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
