    about the job

    This role reports to the Group Key Account Manager

    In this newly created position, you will need to support the team's operation in managing the assigned key customers & partners. The objective of this role is to maintain and nurture robust relationships with key customers and trade partners. You will need to analyse customers needs and market trends and discover new opportunities.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with customers/trade leaders and organisations & industry peers in order to create a positive impact
    • You will be spearheading the Joint Business Plan process, define game plan and sustainability plans with assigned On-Premise customers
    • Exhibit in-depth understanding of On-Premise (HORECA) channel and Key Account Management
    • To control and manage trade spend within stipulated budget


    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in a reputable university
    • 5 years of FMCG experience, preferably in food service (HORECA)
    • Ability to develop & implement strategies & plans
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively across functions & departments
