This role is a newly created position, reporting to the Business Owner.
Job Description:
- You will be managing your key accounts by implementing strategies and initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
- You will also be actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through activities such as prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.
- To develop, coordinate and execute promotion & marketing proposals and contracts in collaboration with clients for sales growth.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders at HQ and outlets.
- To maintain customer’s credit discipline and follow up payment collections from respective customer accounts.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM and above
- At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably within Key Account Management
- Added advantage if the candidate comes with a frozen food background
- Flexible to travel to meet customers
- Able to work on Saturdays (half day), can be negotiated
