about the job

As the Key Account Manager, you are accountable for building and maintaining relationship with the buyers of your assigned account within IKA and LKA channel. Besides implementing sales and promotion strategies, you will have roll up your sleeves on ground in order to find the opportunity and gap on the store level. Negotiation on trading term is a key aspect of your role too. Besides that, you have to maintain the good working relationship with your clients.

about the manager / team

You will be reporting to Head of Modern Trade. This is dynamic team, in which you are expected to be hands-on in your job and also be proactive in daily operation.

skills and experience required

  • 5 years of FMCG experience, with proven track record of IKA or LKA key account management
  • Able to cut through data and complexity to find recommendations and solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skill
  • Able to work with different levels of stakeholder
  • Strategic, hands-on, decisive
