• Responsible for developing a solid and trusting relationship with IB and affiliate partners in the SEA market (Particularly Vietnam market).
• Responsible for acquiring quality partner in the market and onboarding that partner smoothly to our partner management system.
• Responsible for complying partner tier policy whilst maintaining the partner acquisition performance.
• Single point of contact for all partner business.
• Handle complaints from partners in accordance with established internal policies and deliver compliance approved responses to partner when requested.
• Responsible for professional, sound, healthy communication, and relationship with partner
• Responsible for improving partner business in terms of trading volume, net fee revenue and active number of customers under partner in the market.
• Responsible for proper partner business planning in quarterly basis and execute agreed strategy to grow market.
• Work closely with trade marketing, IB product manager and local conversion/retention team to drive partner business growth.

skills and experience required

• Candidate must be a Vietnamese who is currently residing in Malaysia or in Vietnam.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance and other related subjects.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the forex trading industry.
• Experience in forex sales or key account management.
