- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets, conducting business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating terms, pricing, and promotions to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored strategies for product launches and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and sales performance, providing accurate forecasts and contributing to demand planning.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of key account management experience in FMCG (skincare/personal care preferred).
- Experience managing chain pharmacy channels.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
