As the Key Account Manager, you are accountable for building and maintaining relationship with the buyers of your assigned account within chain hypermarket channel. You have to implement strategies to grow the sales and increase promotion effectivenss. Besides that, you have to monitor trade spend, dispute and payment.

The team focuses on speed and accountability. You are expected to make full decision in your daily work.

skills and experience required

  • 5 years of FMCG experience, with proven track record of key account management for Tesco, Giant or Aeon account
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Able to cut through data and complexity to find recommendations and solutions
  • First communication, negotiation and presentation skill
  • Able to work with different levels of stakeholder, such as buyer, bottomline and internal management
