Salary : RM6,500 - RM10,000
Employment : Permanent
Details :

Hybrid working environment(after probationary period)
Only midnight shift(supporting Americas region)
Full medical coverage for employees and dependents
Free parking
Extra night shift allowances of up to RM1,500
EPF Employer contribution of 15%

about the job

Answering customer inbound calls and queries through phone
Involved in certain projects administration
Identify areas for product and services improvement
Train and coach junior engineers

skills and experience required

At least 4 years of experience in a technical support environment supporting on IT infrastructure issues, related to cloud(Microsoft 365, Azure) and networking issues
Experience in supporting for banking systems and domains are an added advantage
Strong English communication skills and email replying skills are a must
