about the role

This role is accountable for all aspects of learning co-ordination for a Division and supports the Learning Partner, HRBPs, and Divisional customers to ensure local learning events are accurately planned and delivered flawlessly in line with Learning processes and customer requirements.


Strategy and Planning

  • Contribute to the development of enterprise & divisional views of capability needs ·
  • Support the planning and delivery of all learning initiatives for the Division, including: ·
  • Development of annual learning plans ·
  • Development of learning program project plan ·
  • Schedule learning events per plans ·
  • Prepare communications and marketing materials ·
  • Report on delivery against learning plans and metrics and customer satisfaction

Policy, Process, and Procedures ·

  • Ensure coherence and consistency with HR & Learning programs and messages ·
  • Implement policies, processes, and procedures relevant to the delivery of all Learning initiatives
  • Provide operational support for the development of strategic learning initiatives ·
  • Maintain Learning information and records in supporting systems and knowledge repositories

Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus ·

  • Establish and maintain excellent collaborative working relationship within the Learning team, Divisional customer group, and external vendors ·
  • Collaborate with the global HR delivery team to support the creation of engaging and accessible Learning that will enhance employee experience ·
  • Respond to customer queries and issues in a timely manner

Technical Performance ·

  • Implements strategies, associated plans, and budgets
  • Manage end to end learning administration – advertise programs, request nominations, enroll participants, collate & distribute materials, manage vendors & schedule venues, manage venue set up, collate participant & vendor feedback ·
  • Track delivery of activities to meet all milestones and delivery requirements ·
  • Perform data preparation and basic data management and assist in data visualization ·
  • Generate reports using analytical/reporting tools ·
  • Create succinct and impactful reports/papers/presentations ·
  • Track costs and expenses against budget

People Management ·

  • Is an active member of a cohesive and high-performing team locally, and a virtual team globally.


  • Experienced in an administrative support role in a global and complex organization
  • Experienced in supporting learning delivery and/or broader HR processes
  • Experienced in Cornerstone OnDemand and/or Workday desirable
  • Knowledge of delivery of Learning and/or Human Resources function
  • Knowledge of learning processes and supporting administrative functions
  • Familiar with learning frameworks, models, and their use in underpinning business strategies.
