    about the role

    They are currently looking for a L&D Cluster Lead to join their team to drive company-wide learning and development initiatives and programs. Your responsibility spans across the L&D lifecycle - identifying training/development needs, developing and implementing learning strategies and programs, sourcing and partnering with external consultants, identifying effective delivery methods, building and implementing internal learning systems, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs and initiatives.

    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Group HR Director, you work as a sole contributor.

    skills & experience required

    To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have experience with implementation and management of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or online learning platforms. You have the ability to think critically and strategically, as well as comfortable with hands-on execution

    In return, you will get a monthly salary up to RM 13,000 plus attractive bonuses.
