about the job
- Understand market demand, perform market research, and develop a feasible leasing plan for the company's property portfolio.
- Lead and provide guidance to the leasing department with the goal of achieving leasing targets.
- Increase occupancy and gross income through strategic leasing and marketing plans.
- Develop strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, retailers, business partners, etc.
- Source new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix plan.
- Liaise with tenants and various internal stakeholders from Design, Fit-Out, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Finance departments.
- Develop leasing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense controls to optimize the financial performance of the properties.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in mall or commercial leasing, with a proven track record
