about the job

• Provide legal support in Corporate Exercises (M&A, JVs), Contracts, General Corporate/Commercial Transactions, Advisory, Dispute Resolution and Litigation

• Ensure legally compliant transactions, considering risks and mitigation strategies.

• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external counsel on legal advice

• Monitor and report on legal trends and laws to anticipate new requirements, assess their impact on the organization, and prepare appropriate actions.

• Handle other assigned duties as and when required by the Management

about the requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)
• At least 7-10 years of legal experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of English and written communication
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
