We're looking for an experienced Logistics & Operations Lead to join a growing team for a leading chemical manufacturer!

- Oversee and manage daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies, banks, and suppliers for efficient operations.
- Coordinate customer service, complaint resolution, and satisfaction surveys.
- Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock movement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide leadership, training, and development to team members.
the experience
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or equivalent in a relevant field.
- More than 5 years in logistic management in manufacturing environment.
- Able to write and speak in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese clients.
