job description:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, facilities, and office buildings to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the maintenance team, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
• Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work for machinery and equipment, facilities, office building.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and OSHA guidelines.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies such as TNB, DOSH, JKKP, and Suruhanjaya Tenaga to manage approvals, certifications, compliance issues, utility services and registrations adhere to legal requirements
• Develop and maintain Maintenance SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and WIs (Working Instructions)
• Enhance equipment performance and product quality by optimizing processes according to standard procedures, achieving all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

skills and experiences required :

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechnical Engineer or equivalent
• Atleast 10 years of experience as a maintanence manager within a manufacturing plant environment (eg : F&B, metal sheet fabrication, audio etc)
• Hands on experience in managing and overseeing the maintanence team that includes utilities and facilities within a manufacturing plant
• High Tension/ Low Tension Chargeman competency is a great added advantage.
