about the job
- Preparing detailed financial analysis, financial modelling, valuation, structuring, industry research, and strategic evaluation of M&A projects, and new business/growth initiatives.
- Involve in investment due diligence, and deal execution (from inception to conclusion).
- Involve in project management, investment memo drafting and preparation for M&A exercise, and new business venture/special projects.
- Regular monitoring and review of the performance of M&A projects and other growth initiatives.
- Actively assist in the identification and definition of strategic projects’ requirements and follow up by setting up and maintaining the Group’s internal monitoring process, to ensure successful execution and to oversee the Group’s current and future strategic initiatives.
- Liaising with shareholders and external stakeholders.
- Oversee negotiations and coordination with bankers, solicitors, investors, and external stakeholders.
- Assist on corporate affairs matters such as insurance renewal negotiation/claims, corporate communication, investor relations, etc.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Chief Corporate Officer, he is a chartered accountant with extensive corporate finance experience. He believes in delivering results with minimal supervision.
skills & experience required
- Degree in Accounting/Finance, Banking, Actuarial Science, or Economics.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate finance experience/investment banking experience.
- Experience in financial management, group consolidation, financial modelling and business valuation are an added advantage.
- Knowledge on healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Strategic, analytical, and possess strong numerical skills.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
