- Understand market demand, perform market research, and develop a feasible leasing plan for the mall.
- Build rapport with tenants, stakeholders, retailers, business partners, and others.
- Source new and suitable tenants in line with tenant mix planning.
- Conceptualize and develop strategies to increase mall occupancy.
- Prepare weekly activity reports and follow up on the status of tenant negotiations.
- Prepare budgets and rental plans.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in mall or commercial leasing, with proven track record/tenants secured.
