about the job
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies and workflows for clients
- Collaborate with clients to identify goals, KPIs, and target audiences
- Create and manage email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and other automated marketing efforts
- Design, build, and optimize landing pages and forms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and digital marketing
about you
- 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing automation campaigns
- Experience with A/B testing, lead scoring, and segmentation
- Ability to converse in professional English & Chinese (due to clientelle communications requirement)
