... Key responsibilities
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager on the planning and budgeting for the yearly marketing calendar of activities.
- Executing and managing the marketing and sales promotion campaigns aligned with the approved launch plans to maximise sales and brand awareness.
- Accomplish marketing objectives by planning, developing & deploying content and advertisements for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube & other broad range of digital marketing channels.
- Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure that product launches,promotions and other brand activities are effectively carried out with great impact on sales and brand objectives.
- Analyse digital marketing analytic reports and share insights with the team to develop optimisation plans.
skills and experience required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing in FMCG or retail industry
- Experience in executing A&P, and campaigns
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and work under pressure
