- Proficiency in overseeing and executing various digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, website, and display advertising campaigns.
- Ability to develop and execute digital campaigns to improve engagement, drive leads, increase followers, generate brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
- Proficiency in identifying insights and trends, and using them to optimize campaign performance and spending.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with the internal team, designer, and media agency to implement improvements, manage budgets, and adjust bids for maximum ROI.
- Ability to measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns against established goals and KPIs, and continuously track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
the experience
- Experience in offline and online marketing, preferably in agency, aesthetic, retail, or FMCG sector.
- Possession of a relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, or related fields
- Proven ability to lead and manage various digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising, with technical proficiency in CRM, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, HTML, SEM, and SEO optimization
