Reporting into the Country Head.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for smooth operations of marketing function to achieve the expected business results and act as the brand custodian and guardian of the assigned brand(s)
- Create and manage national marketing plans
- Develop local store marketing initiatives
- Manage company's website, customer database, social media, creatives, marketing collateral and policies guidelines
- Handle end-to-end customer feedback and complaints
- Monitor marketing budget and control expenses to optimise marketing & brand management investment
- Oversee franchisee's marketing plan to ensure alignment with brand objectives and franchise agreement
skills and experience required
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in the F&B retail industry
- Strong communication, presentation, research skills
- Able to travel within Malaysia
