about the job
You will start as an individual contributor, leading the Marketing division while being supported by the Creatives.
70% digital marketing, 30% traditional marketing.
Works closely with the CEO of the company, long term plan is to grow the Marketing team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B and B2C social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and relevant content (with the existing creative team) for social media channels to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation.
- Oversee content planning initiatives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, aligning content with overarching marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Manage brand identity, ensuring consistent representation across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints.
- Lead public relations and media outreach efforts to secure media coverage, manage press releases, and build strong relationships with industry journalists and influencers.
- Identify and cultivate strategic collaborations, partnerships, and affiliate relationships to expand brand reach and drive mutually beneficial initiatives.
about you
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C social media marketing across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube - preferably within the Fintech/ Edutech/ AI/ Blockchain industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful content planning strategies, aligning with business goals and target audiences.
- Strong understanding of brand identity principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across various channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage public relations efforts and build relationships with partners, affiliates, and media contacts.
- Creative thinking and have problem-solving abilities.
