Reporting into the Marketing Director.
This is a a people management role.
Key responsibilities:
- To drive growth of the assigned portfolio in Malaysia
- Lead brand strategy and innovation agenda for assigned categories.
- NPDs, consumer programs total integrated communication campaigns
- Ensure on time execution and achieve sales budget
- Work closely with cross-functions department
skills and experience required
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 8 years of brand/marketing management experience in the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated capability of managing a team
- Commercial-savvy, strong communication and presentation skill, well-versed with data analysis
