- Reporting to the Managing Director.
- Manage a team of Brand Manager, Brand Executive.
- Provide leadership in setting of the brand ambition in 5 years time
- Develop key brand strategies and annual building blocks to achieve it
- Identify key growth brand pillars and translate into executable brand plans
- Deliver profitable brand health with effective management of brand P&L
- Product innovation and commercialization; advertising and creative development, media strategy and execution
skills and experience required
- Minimum 8 years of brand management experience in the FMCG industry
- Proven capability of managing a team
- Commercial-savvy, strong interpersonal skills
