    about the job

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing.
    Managing a team of 7

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead the brand to develop and executive long/short term plans to grow the product portfolio in terms of its brand awareness, market share improvement, product profitability and meeting sales targets
    • Manage activation and its experiences, including promotional activities, campaigns, the concepts, assests, creative, content proposals including multimedia campaigns and social media
    • Build strategic partnership with media, creative, public relations and consumer research agencies
    • Initiate market research to develop strong consumer insights and keep track of competitor's activities and market trends
    • Influence NPD pipeline and new product launch timings by determining and evaluating current and future market trends


    about the manager/team

    • Bachelor degree holder
    • Minimum 10 years of brand and marketing management experience in the FMCG industry
    • Proven track record in launching successful campaigns, building brands and gaining sustainable market share
    • Demonstrated experience of leading a team
    • Strategic, proactive and hands-on
