We are seeking a Marketing and Partnership Associate to join their team and help drive sales and growth
for our email deliverability platform.
about the job
In this role, the you will be responsible for acquiring data for the mailing list, bringing in sales from SMEs, and marketing the email deliverability platform to our target audience.
- Acquire data for the mailing list through research, lead generation, and data acquisition strategies targeting the American market.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the email deliverability platform to our target audience in the United States.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities with SMEs in the American market.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, affiliates, and other stakeholders in the American email marketing industry.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the American email deliverability market to inform marketing and partnership strategies.
about you
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing and partnership management.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation in the American market.
- Worked in Digital Marketing related businesses. IT businesses are accepted too.
- Has measurable accomplishments of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and partnership strategies in the American market.
- Experience with email marketing, data acquisition, and lead generation strategies targeting the American market.
- Strong domain knowledge in the email marketing aspects, list growth strategies, lead generation. Best if candidate knows about current available email marketing services such as MailChimp, GetResponse, InboxAlly, Constant Contact and so on.
The ideal candidate has the following approach to work:

- Working hours will be flexible due to time zone. Tentatively 3:00pm to 12:00am.
- Fully online, majorly working from home. Business trip to US for new hire is not within plan for first 6 to 12 months.
- *During probation, new hire needs to be available to meet up in the office for face-to-face discussions.
- *After probation, new hire needs to be prepared to have routine meeting in the office.

- Sense of urgency. Follow deadline and be punctual for meetings.
- Highest priority to clients satisfaction. Clients are always right mindset.
