about the company

Randstad is partnering with a global FMCG company that has presence in over 180 countries and is predominantly known to be the leader of its industry. Due to recent growth, our client is now looking for an experienced Master Data Analyst to join the team.

about the job

  • To ensure materials master-data is able to facilitate the range of business processes that rely on the quality of master-data for efficient operations.
  • Creation & Update of Master Data
  • Managing New Items Requests/ Changes
  • Advising on processes to ensure that missing data or inaccurate data is managed to improve the efficacy of the system and process
  • Proactive Identification of Data issues and strategic update of data
  • Develop and maintain a process to ensure there is governance over master-data so that key users are aware of responsibilities to maintain data
  • Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.

about the manager/team

  • An independent contributing role reporting to the Group's Operation Data Management team

skill/experience

  • Significant SAP Master Data Experience across all streams (Within fmcg/manufacturing industry will be a huge advantage)
  • Knowledge of the SAP Business processes that the master data supports
  • You are a clear and confident communicator as such you can positively influence outcomes to achieve outstanding results for all stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Master Data processes, MDG and controls under the Target Operating Model (TOM) and TaO highly are desired
