• Facilitating the synchronization of finished goods transportation to ensure efficient market order fulfilment, including optimizing production schedules based on sales forecasts and automating production processes, managing packaging material procurement and scheduling to maintain ideal inventory levels for final products.

• Strategically reducing the need for pallet transfers in the transportation of finished goods through meticulous order planning with appropriate lead times, while also actively monitoring production volumes, customer demand trends, and purchasing patterns.

• Coordinating monthly sales projection discussions and addressing issues related to Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory (SLOB) to minimize outdated inventory and decrease business liabilities.

• Effectively assessing and mitigating potential risks that may impact production schedules and planned downtime to ensure smooth operations.

skill/experience:

• Qualifications in relevant Supply Chain or Engineering field
• Proficiency in inventory management, demand, material and or production planning
• Strong data analysis & forecasting skills and inventory management
• Effective communication skills with counterparts in China market
• Able to read, write and converse in Mandarin and or Cantonese
