Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve service requests via the Internal Ticketing System.
- Gather vendor information, complete the verification process, and set up SAP vendor accounts by recording relevant account details.
- Support the Assistant Manager with the end-to-end process for master data management within the FSSC and collaborate with other regional FSSC teams to optimize master data management procedures.
- Manage various SAP and non-SAP master data elements, such as suppliers, customers, projects/orders, user administration, ensuring data synchronization with tools like Store DB, Tririga, Esker, Concur, WorkDay, BlackLine, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal control processes and master data requirements.
- Maintain the completeness, accuracy, relevance, and audit trail of master data, promoting process efficiency, internal control effectiveness, compliance, and the generation of strategic insights.
- Ensure master data adheres to data standards, control requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage, create, and validate master data for project go-lives.
- Conduct regular audits of master data to ensure its quality and compliance with internal control standards.
- Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience.
- Familiarity with SAP AP/Master Data and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
