• Act in the capacity of an MEP Coordinator including all supply, installation, testing and commissioning, IQ/OQ, etc of all HVAC works, electrical cabling/wiring, cleanroom installation, firefighting works, process piping, BMS, instrumentation & control, etc.
• Expected to coordinate effectively with client’s vertical leads, as well as Area Managers and Users to the timely completion of the project.
• Assist the Project Managers and feedback information to him on a regular basis. You are also expected to liaise with the Project Director on all matters & importance (eg. site progress, site problems, accidents, etc).
• Be fully conversant and knowledgeable with the work of vendors (eg. electrical, cleanroom, HVAC, process engineering, etc) as well as procedures and protocols at the close of the contracts (CTP, IQ, OQ, IOQ, etc).
• Expected to attend, organise and initiate all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings.
• Expected to assist the Project Manager in whatever way necessary.

skills and qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 15 years’ experience in the related field and project management experience is preferred
• Relevant experience in Semiconductor/Pharmaceutical construction involving M&E works (HVAC, Piping, Processes, ELV, Clean Room, Instrumentation & Controls).
• Experience in Process Engineering would be an added advantage.
• Must be willing to be based in Johor Bahru
• Must be willing to accept a 2 years contract.
