    The hiring company is an International Construction & Engineering Company with strong global presence with around 30 different locations in the world. They are looking for Mechanical & Electrical Managers to join their international operations to oversee their projects. They have many industrial projects and currently they are looking to hire for a Data Centre project overseas.


    about the job

    • To be in charge of the M&E meetings and manage the project to fit to clients' requirements in terms of budget, time and quality standards.
    • To Review M&E shop drawing done by the design team and get the approval.
    • To manage the entire M&E team and liaise closely with managers of other discipline to ensure successful delivery of the project and regular update to the management.
    • To manage sub-contractors to work accordingly to the contract drawings and specification and to complete the work on time.

    about the manager/team

    You will be reporting to the Director while managing a team of engineers and supervisors.

    requirements

    • Willing to travel around the world and be based overseas for different projects.
    • Recognised Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with plumber license.
    • More than 12 years of total experiences with at least a few years of data center experiences included.
    • Well-versed in contractual terms, conditions and obligations. Strong knowledge of M&E systems and able to identify critical quality control items.
    • Software Skills: MS office, MS project and Primavera
