We are in search of a dedicated Medical Research Reviewer to join a leading life science consulting firm that provides a flexible and innovative work environment that fosters professional growth and learning. This role revolves around conducting thorough evidence assessments, utilizing research, analysis, and synthesis techniques to craft reports tailored to health system and payer audiences. Your responsibilities will include applying the PICOTS framework for analysis, evaluating evidence strength (using GRADE principles), and producing rapid assessments. This role requires your urgent attention.

- Structured Analysis: Employ internal tools for systematic report creation, ensuring accurate documentation, source citation, and adherence to established procedures.
- Evidence Evaluation: Understand clinical pathways, analyze search results, and produce evidence assessments for medical devices and interventions.
- Expert Report Authoring: Craft clear, scientifically accurate product-specific and topic-focused assessments, meeting high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborative Engagement: Participate in preliminary meetings, maintain effective relationships across teams, and offer coaching and training to enhance workflow processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with analytic methods, attend educational sessions, and remain updated on healthcare trends, contributing to the development of educational materials and procedures.
the experience
- Advanced degree in clinical research, life science, public health, nursing, or a related field.
- Experience in life sciences or clinical healthcare, with a grasp of evidence-based medicine, study selection, clinical trial design, and biostatistics.
- Proficiency in interpreting peer-reviewed literature, appraising scientific evidence, and communicating complex concepts effectively.
- Capability to learn and utilize the PICOTS framework, assess evidence strength using GRADE principles, and perform basic statistical analysis.
- Attention to detail, strong scientific writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
