about the job
- Prepare bill of quantities, taking-off, and cost estimates for MEP Services and prepare for tender submission/quotation.
- Prepare variation order cost and finalize project accounts together with the Project Department.
- Prepare claims and obtain approvals from Clients or Consultants.
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and authorities on all aspects of MEP tender.
- Prepare MEP project budgetary and comparison in terms of tender and sub-contract works.
- Prepare MEP subcontractors and suppliers & work package tender.
- Prepare monthly progress claims and payment recommendations to the Management.
- Compile all the costing files and summaries to Post-Contract Negotiation / Awarding Committee for final negotiations once the projects is secured.
about the manager/team
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contract Manager and working together with a team of
Quantity Surveyors.
skills and experience required
Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Experience in MEP is a must.
3 years and above experience in the relevant field.
Able to work under effectively under pressure and manage timelines accordingly.
