Reporting to the National Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Set and monitor sales target by accounts
- Develop and manage a team of executives
- Manage both International and Local Key Accounts all over Malaysia
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Account planning and development
- Joint Business plan with key retailers
Job Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience within the FMCG industry in Key Account Management
- Team management experience is preferred
- Experience with diapers is a huge added advantage
