about the job
- You will responsible of be providing strong leadership and developing winning sales strategy for the business unit.
- you will be directly managing a team of clinical specialist and key account management, while simultaneously supports the distributor sales team to grow the business.
- Identify and build a strong network of KOL, lead the sales team to encourage HCP collaboration.
- Encourage high performance culture through constant evaluation and realignment of KPI and performance matrix.
- Assess and monitor commercial decisions including top line performance, develop strategy that yield the greatest returns.
about the manager/team
- 8-10 years of OTC/Consumer healthcare sales experience.
- 5 years in senior leadership role.
- Ability to translate the strategies into actionable and realistic engagement plans to ensure a profitable growth.
- Strategic Orientation coupled with a Winning Mentality.
