    Our client has been operating for over 50 years in the Malaysian Market. They began as a trading division (FMCG Distributor) and distributed a variety of manufactured goods and merchandise to the local market.

    Today, our client represents many international and domestic brands in Malaysia. They have built a strong reputation for its experience and reliability as a distributor.

    about the job

    Responsibilities:

    • To manage key wholesales for the central region of Malaysia
    • You will need to lead a team of 7 nationwide
    • You will be handling the Food Service key wholesaler and HORECA customers from planning, strategy, guiding the sales team into achieving the company directions
    • You will be working closely with marketing for channel development for HORECA business and also strategically selecting the potential retailers / wholesalers to increase distributions

    Requirements:
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or its equivalent
    • Minimum 8 years of FMCG experience
    • 5-7 years of experience in the HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafe's)
    • Prior experience in managing a team
