Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Distribution management through open, close & direct route to market system through strategic management implementation and approach, focusing on customer business development
Growing market share through distribution and merchandising developments, leveraging on effective sales operation team
Management of P&L through stock forecast and controlling budgets and expenses.
Leading and designing the Vision, Mission, Strategy, Objective and goal for sales and trade marketing team
Management of EDD, distributor and wholesaler effectiveness to drive sales volume and distribution.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Business Adminstration or its equivalent
Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
Priority on Modern Trade experiences, candidates who posses both MT and GT experiences are highly encouraged to apply
Able to work in Shah Alam
