    We are currently looking for a national sales manager for one of the top pharmaceutical players, with their offices spread across 50 countries.This position requires your urgent attention.


    Reporting to: Country General Manager

    Location: Selangor

    Excellent employee compensation and benefits

    the role

    • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with both new and existing high value stakeholders.
    • Develop,implement and refine strategies to strengthen sales margins.
    • Understanding clients needs and problems, developing strategies and proposing solutions and services to mitigate said problems.
    • Lead and oversee key account segments and ensure continuous improvement in the team.

    the experience

    • 10+ years of sales experience with a medical sales/pharmaceutical background.
    • Experienced in developing and implementing sale strategies.
    • Highly self-motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, coupled with integrity and professionalism
    • A mindset of listening and understanding, strong desire to query and probe, excellent observational skill sets and lead others to their own conclusion.
