About The Company

Our client is a technology based BFSI company currently setting up a global share service centre in Malaysia that will provide all infrastructure services to their sites across Asia


  • Responsible in handling complex network infrastructure design in a converged IP Data, Voice and Video environment.
  • Work with the rest of network team to design, size and choose the right component to build and maintain the voice network mainly based on Cisco technologies.
  • Tier III Voice support role, contributing to the regional and domestic IPT strategy.
  • Design, implementation and 3rd level of operational support are key responsibilities.
  • Design / Implementation of upcoming cloud based contact center for various countries in Asia will also be involved.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years IT experience atleast 3 years of experience in enterprise network design/architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in sizable network implementation and good knowledge in complex network environment with converged IPT, Data and Video.
  • Significant experience in an international scale
  • Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
  • Good understanding of QOS configuration.
  • Preferably knowledge on Cisco video systems and various operating systems–Windows 2K series, Unix, Linux, etc.
  • Strong interest for IT and willing to work on complex & challenging projects
  • University degree or post graduate degree level
  • CCNP Voice or equivalent level of qualification is a must.
