the role
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the OT or Emergency Department.
- Monitor patient's vital signs and react promptly to any changes in condition.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans.
- Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, emergency physicians, and other health care professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in OT or emergency nursing.
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including observations, treatments, and reactions.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
the experience
- Registered Nurse with valid nursing license.
- At least 3 years of experience in either the Operating Theatre or Emergency Department.
- Post-basic qualification in OT or Emergency Nursing is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective choices.
