about the role :

We are looking for a multi-talented Office Administrator who will run the office independently and keeps things in check amidst a whirlwind of fast-moving activities and company growth. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the efficient and effective running of all aspects of office administration including:

  • Team – Employee record-keeping, leave applications, new candidate screening, new employee on-boarding / liaison.
  • IT – Logging support requests with HQ for new staff/staff changes, new equipment.
  • Facility – Organising quotes and timetables for contract cleaning, site maintenance, security, and waste removal.
  • Supplies – Organising the office supplies such as stationery, refreshments, and furniture.
  • Administrative – Support team with administrative support and document control.

skills & experience:

  • Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Business Administration. Finance and/or Accounting experience would be an advantage. Those without the necessary qualifications but have extensive relevant working experiences are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. ERP system knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin or Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Good organization, communication, and general interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with good attention to detail.
  • Possess professional maturity, takes personal responsibility/accountability, and is a team player.
  • Positive can-do proactive attitude

  • This position reports to the Managing Director.

  • Regular hours, Mondays – Fridays
