about the role
This position will be supporting the business on a large scale, covering across administrative for the office and supporting HR occasionally


  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary and organize office operations and procedures
  • To involve in daily administration works in the office
  • To assist in manning the office
  • To carry out any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.
  • To purchase and maintain office inventory such as pantry food & beverage, stationery, and related activities.

skills & experience

  • At least a diploma in any field
  • If you do come from an administrative or HR background, it will be a plus point
  • Acceptable English oral and writing skills
  • Mandarin language would be nice to have
  • IT literate (MS Excel and other MS Office tools)
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
  • A Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
