Our client is a leading manufacturer of copper rod, wire & strip with its headquarter in Malaysia. Its operations began back in 1981 and they are listed on the main board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange in the '90s.

AGM, HR & Admin

job responsibilities

1. To handle foreign worker permit renewal, passport renewal, and others.
2. To ensure staffs database are properly updated.
3. General administrative support
4. To monitor Hostel infrastructure, defective repair & pest control, safety issues for hostel foreign workers.
5. Regularly meet employees for a progress review, discussion, and grievances issues.
6. To perform general issues regarding security matters.
7. Liaise with all government bodies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
8. To liaise with Immigration department for foreign workers documentation
9. To liaise with the Ministry of Home Affairs and another related government department for the application and
10. Managing foreign worker administrative job such as register/renew/terminate FWCMS, Insurance, process
of visa for cancellation or endorsement, arrange for FOMEMA Check-up and etc
11. To liaise with contract agencies on the administration of the foreign workers (accommodation, transport,
12. Foreign workers’ Hostel management as per Act 446 (Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing And
Amenities Act 1990)
13. To ensure compliance in policies and procedures with regards to foreign workers issues and statutory
14. Monitor and track closely all visas for renewal purpose and ensure visas are renewed in a timely manner
before expiring
15. Responsible for key in data to Microsoft Excel and ensure data accuracy. Must be proficient in Microsoft
Excel in advanced level
16. Prepare daily / weekly /monthly report in Excel sheet & PowerPoint as required by Superior
17. To handle any ad-hoc task assigned by the immediate Superior


1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Capital Management, Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a related field
3. Experience and specializing in Human Resources or equivalent is preferable
