about the company



Our client focuses on developing IT solutions mainly to create better quality of care and life for the hospitality domain. Founded in 2007, they are funded by the nation government with a bold endeavor to develop mobile electronic medical application for nurses and doctors who were traveling home to home – providing medical care to frail and terminally ill elderly. Their clients are mainly aged care providers (both non-profit and for-profit) ranges from national care coordication agencies, hospitals, nursing homes, and hospices, to centre- and home-based services such as rehabilitation centers.



about the role:



As the Operation Director, you will take the ownership of the country branch operation management as well as solution delivery. You will be designing and implementing a roadmap to drive change through innovation. The key focus on this role would be on support and collaboration to ensure that there is a continuous drive in technology solutions in conjunction with the global terms. Besides, you are to lead the whole development team which consist of 15 headcounts on their delivery as well as how to improve the collaboration between different IT teams.



job scope and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to help gain visibility of business initiatives requiring technology implementation according to Corporate IT standards, policies and procedures, and applicable J-Sox and IT risk controls (from solution evaluation and selection, through to design and delivery).
  • Responsible and take ownership of Incident, Request, Change, Escalation and Problem Management.
  • Ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to clients and post incident review.
  • Maintain high performing service and manage multinational and multifunctional teams such as team leaders, developers, user supporters, testers, business analysts and other roles
  • Process, performance and quality improvement in the entrusted Services
  • Career development and planning of subordinates
  • Take ownership of product updates rollout to business stakeholders.



job requirements:

  • At least 5 years in IT service delivery or IT project management
  • Experience in managing Projects and Service Management methodologies and frameworks (SCRUM, ITIL, AGILE)
  • Good understanding and technical skillset of IT solution architecture in .net environment (.net architecture, SQL Server/MS SQL)
  • People management competences
  • Service hours flexibility
