show more- Reporting to a Senior GM, this role acts as the key liaison across 3 main operations sites for the Electronics business division mainly focusing on managing a widespread of projects to support the expansion of business for the organisation
- You will act as the key person in identifying and planning strategic initiatives related to Business and Manufacturing Operation Excellence to drive efficiency within the business including working with key stakeholders to implement the initiatives
- This role will be based in Johor, however, requires travelling overseas (Singapore, India & China)
about the requirements
- Ideally, Engineering education background with minimum 7 years work experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Preferred industries: Electronics, Precision Engineering (High mix High volume)
- Knowledge in Lean & implementation of IR4.0 will be an added advantage
- Language requirements: Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Good project management skills, communication skills, stakeholder management skills
