duties and responsibility:

As a Operations & Resourcing Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and execute resource planning strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and meet production demands.
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end resource planning functions, from raw materials to finished products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resource planning with production goals and business objectives.
• Accountable for capacity planning, ensuring production capacity meets current and future demand requirements.
• Analyze production data and trends to forecast resource and capacity needs.
• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Implement efficient resource allocation strategies to maximize productivity while minimizing costs.
• Continuously monitor and adjust resource and capacity plans to address changing market conditions and business priorities.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve resource and capacity planning processes.

skill/experience:

• At least 8-10 years in semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field ie. Engineering or Business Management
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, production processes, and capacity planning.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, leadership ability, and strong interpersonal communication.
