about the company

Randstad is partnering with a US based MNC company that specialize in the pharmaceutical industry. The company is expanding their shared services operation in Malaysia and currently looking for Order Management cum Master Data Manager.

about the team

You will be managing 2 managers under your wing and you will be reporting to the Supply Chain Director based in Singapore.

duties and responsibility

  • Development of the regional Supply Chain processes specific to Order Management and
    Master Data.
  • Lead and manage the Order Management & Master Data operations, namely order processing, pricing validation, backorder management, discrepancy management and service/contract billings, with additional processes to be included as required.
  • Maintain good working relationships with distributors/end customers, internal
    stakeholders
  • Design and monitor customer metrics and performance indicators to control
    operational cost and quality.
  • Lead and participate in projects to devise and coordinate strategies on supply chain architecture, standardize policies, procedures and processes across programs and operational units.

skill/experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics,
    Economics or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 to 12 years in Order Management and Master Data, with 4 to 5 years in a managerial capacity and 2 to 3 years in a shared services environment
  • Experience working with metrics and performance indicators for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with ERP-SAP design and implementation
