about the role
They are currently looking for an OD Manager to join their growing team. You will be leading and driving the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures pertaining organisation design, manpower planning and policy for business growth. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:-
- Designing and maintaining the guiding principles for organisation structure creation
- Overseeing the custodianship of organisational charts
- Overseeing and leading exercises such as job evaluation methodology, job analysis, job grade to establish or update job grades
- Reviewing and advising on success profiles for new/ amended roles
- Reviewing, updating and communicating the policy & process on workforce planning.
- Leading and driving the yearly manpower planning and budgeting exercise
- Initiating the update of HR policies and processes with all HR policy and process owner
- Providing guidance, counsel and support to leaders in the organisation structure and manpower planning.
- Creating alignment between organisation structure strategies and business initiatives.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the GM HR, you will be leading a team of 2 in the team.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 7 years of relevant experience. You have a strong ability to challenge the status quo and have a growth and change mindset to drive changes. You have strong interpersonal skills and management skills. Is that you?
